We’ve seen it all. Now we design it.

Our story begins on the dance floor. For fifteen years we worked at the heart of the wedding industry, providing entertainment at thousands of weddings and celebrations. It gave us a perspective that very few in the industry share: where most suppliers experience a handful of weddings each season, we experienced them week after week, year after year, from the first arrival to the final song.

Along the way we worked side by side with planners, venues, caterers and decorators, and saw every kind of celebration unfold: intimate mehndi nights, grand ballroom receptions, multi-day weddings that took over entire hotels. Few people have seen as many weddings, from as close, as we have, and that experience taught us exactly what separates a good celebration from an exceptional one.

The difference is always in the details: lighting timed perfectly for the couple's entrance, a stage that anchors the room without overpowering it, florals that carry the story from the ceremony to every table, and a design that feels considered from every seat, not just through the camera lens.

We began to see those details everywhere, and to know precisely what we would do differently. Those ideas became sketches, then plans, and then a clear vision for a different kind of décor company: one built on a genuine, first-hand understanding of how celebrations work.

Today, that vision is Showcase Weddings, co-owned by Ishan Sehmi and Sumeet Sandhu. Together we bring fifteen years of industry experience to every event we design, with an instinct for timing, a deep respect for tradition and an expert eye for the details guests remember long after the night is over.
